GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your reservation will be confirmed once we have received a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost of your stay within 3 days of your booking request.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If something unexpected happens and you are unable to take your holiday as planned, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 29 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is the apartment price for 3 days.
- From 28 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking value.
Any deposit already paid will not be refunded.
CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9 a.m.
Pets are welcome with advance reservation only and at an additional daily charge of €15.00.
The quoted prices are per apartment per day.
The local tax per person per day (from 14 years of age) will be charged separately on site.
